It's indeed a little more complicated to maintain a regular schedule when you do shift work.

But don't forget that regularity is recommended not only for your sleep schedule but also for your daily life. And it is all the more important for those who work shifts.

An irregular schedule might make it difficult for your body and brain to adapt, especially in terms of secreting the right hormones at the right time for your sleep-wake cycle.

Having good habits will make it easier:

- Choose appropriate activities

- Eat a light dinner

- Create a short bedtime ritual to follow

- ...

And while there will inevitably be variations in your schedule, some form of regularity is still possible.

To do this, get in touch with your coach to discuss any changes in your daily schedule and how to adapt.
