I suffer from sleep apnea but my CPAP machine makes a lot of noise. I can't sleep, with or without it. What should I do?

Getting used to using a CPAP machine can take some time. On average 1 to 2 weeks, but it can be more for some people.
If you have concerns, contact your doctor to talk about them. You can also use relaxation techniques such as meditations, breathing exercises, or listen to soft music.
