Moonoa is a 13-week program. This is the time recommended by our sleep experts to anchor the changes in a lasting way. However, every situation is different and you may need more time to put in place the necessary changes, adopt new habits, and therefore see the positive consequences for your sleep.
Our coaches are there to support you and help you with any problems. If you aren't seeing the results that you want, don't give up. Talk to our coaches who will provide solutions to improve your situation.
