The program is immediately available once you've created your account and downloaded the Moonoa app. This is where you'll find all the tools to complete your program.
In the "Program" tab, you will find your content for the day. Once you've finished reading it, you will get new content the next day.
We start by observing your sleep so that both you and Moonoa can understand it. Then, in the second chapter, you reach the attack phase, which offers tips and tricks with app exercises.
Throughout the program, don't forget to fill in your sleep diary. It allows you to follow your progress and personalize the program to your needs. You can find it in the "My nights" tab.
The program begins with the evaluation phase during which we'll collect as much data as possible thanks to your sleep diary. This is to better understand your difficulties and adapt the program to your needs.
In addition to all of this, remember to check out the "Relaxation" tab which offers you a wide range of methods to relax and better manage your emotions.
