If you're being treated for your condition, working on your habits, thoughts and stress-related tensions will be extremely beneficial. Taking control of your sleep using our tools and training will improve your sleep quality over the long term.
However, if you've been diagnosed with a sleep condition but are not yet undergoing treatment, the Moonoa program alone will not be able to meet your needs or will have a limited effect. You should accompany it with a specific treatment for the pathology and, for this, we recommend that you contact your doctor.
