I take my car to work every day. Is this suitable during sleep restriction therapy?

Sleep restriction therapy is introduced gradually so as not to cause a level of fatigue that might prevent you from functioning properly. However, take some time to evaluate your condition. If you already feel very tired at the wheel, sleep restriction therapy will not fix this. It's better to find an alternative way to get around during the first weeks (carpooling, public transport, remote working).
