At first, we want to know more about your experience with insomnia. If you're new to the program, we're also here to explain how to proceed and any details that aren't clear.
Finally, together we'll take an in-depth look at your daily life. Then we can effectively determine what could be the leading cause of your sleeping problems and set concrete objectives to work on. We determine these objectives together; it's a joint effort.
It's also a good moment to ask any questions you may have. We want you to progress in the program with confidence!
