Should I consult a doctor before doing the program?

It's not mandatory to consult a doctor before registering for this program. On the other hand, it's important to have eliminated any risk of pathologies that could disturb your sleep, in order to see significant results with cognitive behavioral therapy.
Our questionnaires allow you to identify if you have certain pathological sleep disorders, but we recommend that you contact your doctor for any medical follow-up.
