The Moonoa program is designed to last for 13 weeks. This is the time recommended by our sleep experts to anchor the changes in a way that lasts. It's divided into 3 phases:
- The evaluation phase: It allows you to better understand your sleep and habits in order to adapt the program to your needs.
- The attack phase: It allows you to implement the necessary changes to improve your nights on a long-term basis. You are guided and supported by our coaches.
- The consolidation phase: It allows you to consolidate your new habits to avoid relapses.
We'll help you improve your sleep by working on everything that can impact it: behavior, lifestyle, thoughts, and emotions.
